Choose the last 4 digits of your cameras serial number

Trying to install a camera for the first time, downloaded the app, tried to add the camera, gets to a point where it says "Choose the last 4 digits of your cameras serial number" "it may take a moment for your device to appear in the list".

 

Well it hasn't. There's no list and I've be waiting ages. I've canceled it and tried again, same result..there are other posts by other customers who didn't get answers. Pretty poor if you ask me. No option for live chat help or phone support. Why not? Those option are greyed out, only an option to email. Why don't you want to help me now, are customers not important to google? And as far as I can see there's no way to add a screen shot to a post on here. Also poor. It's 2023. Already regretting this purchase.
