Disable notifications for familiar faces only

Google Nest does not let us do that.

Why? It would be a very useful feature. It's just an "if" conditions in code

I can't answer that; I'm just another Google Nest customer. Customers in this forum keep asking for the same thing.

There are different ways to manage the familiar face notifications.
 

• Turn on or off familiar face detection for individual cameras.
• Enable or disable People notification for each camera.
• Use Home/Away Assist or Home/Away Routines. You won’t get notifications when you’re home. Here’s how.

It would be really helpful to turn off familiar face notifications on our door bell. We don't need to know when we have arrived home. But I don't want all notifications off for this doorbell when we enter the geofencing area. 

This needs to be updated with google
