We had a power outage last week & I noticed today the camera has been off-line since then; the door bell is not functioning. I checked the power supply @ the doorbell/camera, it is a good 19 volts. I use the app to try to connect to the doorbell, but that fails. I removed to doorbell from the mount & perform a restart with paperclip, that fails. I disconnect from the power supply for about 10 minutes, reconnect, no response. While the doorbell was disconnected & attached a USB cable to it, but don't see any new devices on my PC. After reconnect & restart, I deleted the device from my phone app & attempt a factory reset. Factor reset fails, no response from the doorbell what so ever.
Is this device dead ????
