My doorbell stopped raining the inside mechanical chime, has been working for several months. The doorbells camera is working and the outside chime makes sound. While checking the wiring I found the following:
nothing was lose
if I crossed the chime wires the inside mechanical chime works fine.
after pushing the doorbell a few times the green light goes out and my camera goes dead. The inside chime works and the outside makes no noise.
after a few seconds and pushing the button again, the green light comes back on and the outside chime makes noise but not the inside chime.
the button circle light pulsates blue in a circle. I have reconnected it several times to my network
Any ideas????

Hi Nelsonwd,
Sorry to hear about your experience with your Nest Doorbell as well as for the delay. Let's take a closer look into this.
A few questions — are you using the provided chime connector? Since your using a mechanical chime, is the chime duration turned on in your Nest Doorbell settings? How much voltage do you get on your transformer wires?
Best,
Steve
