I have two wired cameras and pay for Nest Aware 30 days of event history. However, my cameras are only showing a couple of hours of event history. This happens on both phone and laptop. I've spent many hours with various customer support reps in the past few days. Literally hours being transferred around and placed on hold. They just read the same script then get off the call claiming they fixed the problem and I just need to wait for the 30 days of history to starts showing no up again. It never does.
