I bought this camera floodlight by the end of July and installed in early August by an electrician.
Everything was working as expected but around a week ago the floodlight kept switching on and off for no reason. I checked in the Google home app and the "lights" section appeared "offline" and unresponsive.
This are the steps I followed:
Nothing seems to work. When the power is on the camera is detected but the floodlight has disappear from the app and switches on and off every 30s so I had to disconnect it from the power. The camera keeps working as it has 50% battery left.
I've got a doorbell and other cameras as well as the router and wifi access points from Google Nest in the house and everything works except the floodlight. It's very frustrating as the light was very useful when we come home at night (specially now in winter that gets dark so soon).
What can I do next? Is this a faulty device? Why would it suddenly stop working when nothing was changed?
Thank you
