Floodlights not working

Hi there, had the electrician set up my nest cam with floodlights, however the floodlights do not work. 

 

I have restarted the camera 

 

I have removed the camera to set up again

 

I have reset the camera 

 

I have turned the power on and off to the circuit

 

Nothing seems to make them work.

 

 

In the app when I manually switch them on there is nothing, same when I try motion detection, same for live camera view.

 

It is dark currently but still the floodlights won't turn on.

I had the same problem. the NEST floodlight camera is a total piece of JUNK. If you are in the window to return it, that is what I would do!!!  Nothing but problems
