GOOGLE NEST IQ CAMERAS SUCK AND GOOGLE CORPORATION CAN GO THE SAME WAY...

YOU JUST SUCK GOOGLE.  There are dozens of people across several platforms that spent their hard money on these IQ cams and its obvious they fail within a few years. Check the books and you fill find hundreds of complaints with no one getting any solid results as a faithful customer. Customer service will sometimes step into one of these group chats and "try" to advise but the bottom line is these cameras should be recalled. One guy I read about bought 6 and 3 failed within a year. At $3-400 bucks a pop this is purely bad business from a giant corporation that just talks around the issue. I'm pissed that both my cameras failed in such a short time and it's harder than a nail to get answers on this. I will also be posting this along several other platforms in the hopes (doubt it) that someone will help.... What a POS company when it comes to these cams....

We're sorry if you've had that experience. We'd like to know more about what's going on with your Nest camera? Also, have you tried contacting our phone support? If so, could you give us the case ID so I can take a closer look?

Can't remember the case number. But the story is the same across this platform. The cam failed. Doesn't power on, nothing. I do not need more runaround or "Did you power down the unit?" "Is your wi-fi working?" etc... Either fix the camera or replace it. Maybe with your lower end battery cam (which you have to buy the power cord separately for $36 bucks) either way a lot of folks are pretty upset with how Google is handling these cams. Your move...
