I’m setting up my nest doorbell battery for the “first” time. I’ve tried setting it over the past couple days and I get stuck in the same spot. I scan the QR code on the back in the Home app and it tells me to connect the doorbell to power, and the light will turn whit, and then blue, and to leave it plugged into power for the next step. The light never turns blue and when I try to go to the next step, it spends some time trying to connect before failing without giving an error code, it only ever says “something went wrong” and to try and restart my phone and turn airplane mode on and off, which I’ve tried to no avail. And help on this issue?
