Google wired doorbell

I have installed the nest wired doorbell with two different doorbells and continue to have the same problem. It works for about 12 hours. After that it goes off-line and I can’t get it back on. Has anyone else had this problem? Help

Your problem seems to be one of connection to your wifi. Could it be so?

@AKPA, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, were there any recent Wifi or power outages in your area? How far is your Nest Doorbell from your Wifi router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? What are the steps have you taken so far? Try restarting your Wifi router and Nest Doorbell. Let us know how it goes.

EMERSONB there is no interference between the WI-FI and the doorbell. I have changed out doorbell’s, factory reset, delegated the app and reinstalled it. It’s just so off. I can’t figure out why, cause it works then stops. Doesn’t make sense

I agree but can’t seem to correct it. Like I said it works for about 24 hours then stops

If you put in place a wifi extender, or a mesh wifi, you could resolve your eventual connection problems.

@AKPA, what is the color of the status light of the Nest doorbell when it goes offline? Are you using the Google Home or Nest app? Do you have an iOS or Android device?
