Home security cameras do not send pictures to my gmail. Gmail suggested Brad may have a solution?

Just spoke to my Security warehouse support team.  
I have Gmail set up on my NVR [camera system].  That's how I get email alerts/pictures on my phone/computer.  
 
Recently, it has stopped working.  My security warehouse support person stated the company has been receiving several phone calls regarding this situation.  Google made some security changes as of May 30, 2022.
  
How can I get my email alerts again?
I want to stay with my Google email.
P.S.  Google provided this option for help, suggesting I view Brad's comments.  Unfortunately, I cannot locate anything that applies.  
I have an iPhone and Windows computer.
Please Help

Probably not from a PE like myself.. we are just users who help people on forums , I specifically answer questions for the nest community (which you are posting in).  Honestly I would probably look at the Gmail community, as this isn't a nest camera setup I assume?
