Love how they respond quickly on the community board, but NEVER follow through on the case numbers once their created. 9/17/21 a case was created, 6-7910000031959, still to this date no one has responded to me with anything !!
I work in retail, and I will not be suggesting this product do to very bad customer service and a product that should have been recalled due to manufacturing defects ! Shame you Google !
