How do I get my Nest Doorbell to play videos in regular speed instead of slow motion?

We set up the Nest Doorbell device and the playback videos as well as live feed are in slow motion instead of normal/regular speed. I tried changing the bandwidth to the lowest and it’s the same.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. It sounds like you may have a fairly low connection if your video feed is slow, and glitchy. I would suggest restarting the Nest Hello, and if you can, move your wifi in your home closer to the doorbell. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
