How do I leave my hello & floodlight for the renters, but have option to reuse after the renters?

I want to rent out my property, but leave my Nest Hello and Outdoor Floodlights in place for the renters to use.  How do I give access to the renters, but have the ability to reuse the devices after they stop renting?
