Also having this issue. Doorbell loads fine in the nest app, but the push notification and the Google home hub video feed both fail to load. It makes the doorbell useless.

It sounds like you may not have a Nest Aware subscription. Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.

I have now paid for nest aware, so once that starts as it says it can take up to an hour. Hopefully it will
allow me to playback videos

@StevenC thanks for getting back to us. Make sure that you're using your same email address with the ones that you used when applying from the Nest Aware subscription. Make sure that your Nest Hello is on the home structure where you applied your subscription.
@Lathamc we appreciate you updating us on what` you've done on your end. Sounds like a plan.
