It sounds like you may not have a Nest Aware subscription. Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.
@StevenC thanks for getting back to us. Make sure that you're using your same email address with the ones that you used when applying from the Nest Aware subscription. Make sure that your Nest Hello is on the home structure where you applied your subscription.
