Nest Aware Trial Not Showing History more than 3 hours

Hi. I signed up for Nest Aware trial and subsequently signed up fir the plan. I have never been able to view videos I have previously watched that are more than 3 hours old. Also looking at history it is inconsistent. For example I have 6 events in the last 3 hours and sometimes it shows 6 events, I don’t watch any, a few mins later I log in and only see 3 events.
