Nest Cam and Doorbell showing offline in one Home app and online in another

Installed a new Nest Camera (Battery) and the new Nest doorbell (Battery). Everything works great on my iPhone 10 Home app, but all the devices show up as offline on my mom’s iPhone Home app.
Yes, she is a member of the same home. I did nothing on her phone, just set it up on mine. Later I looked at her Home App and the cameras were present, but show offline.

Hello, I'm an end user like you. I can only think of suggesting a full power down of her phone for about a minute and then powering it back up.
As a trouble shooting step can try it on another phone to see if that works?
Since this is a user forum you will not hear from Goggle. But the next thing I would suggest is talking to a Google Nest Tech. If they can't solve it be sure to ask to go to the next higher level tech support. You can talk to them by first opening a support tick. Here is the link:

Thank so much for your post. Yes we tried another phone and it has the same issue.
maybe I’m not “inviting” the user correctly? But I show them in my home network?
I did see one other post online that was the exact same issue that I was having… However once the Google techs got involved there was no other responses from the user. So the case was closed and no resolution was given.
I’ll try Google support.
