I get my new camera yesterday and  when is   on live show this ,

Camera unavailable

Couldn't reach this camera

and my router is close to the camera

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? How far exactly is it from your Wi-Fi router? Try restarting your Nest Camera and Wi-Fi router and let us know how it goes.
