We don't know why but one of our Nest cameras keeps turning itself off. No settings are set to make this so and has never in the few years we've had it. We have a small house so it's not far from the router; it's only about 2 meters from the other camera. We do not believe it to be an internet issue because the internet has not encountered any problems and we can get signal meters away from the camera away from the router.

Whilst we're not sure we've "fixed" it, it is currently working. We ended up switching the positions and settings of our two cameras and they both work where they are now positioned... which is in the same place but swapped. We're not sure if the distance for one camera (we think it's a bit older than the other) needed to be a bit closer, or where it is positioned causes it to overheat, but so far, no offline notifications.
Not a solution, instead a little workaround.

I am literally having this same exact issue currently. Nest hello doorbell (wired)
1.)I upgraded my wifi to 1200 mbps and got a new modem.
2.) I did a factory reset on the device
3.) Changed the wifi server username and password.
4.) My technician who installed it from ontech said “sounds like a power transformer issue to me.” If this works then good but if not then I’m returning it and getting something else, I need 247 security i’m thinking of getting ring or Vivint not sure yet. Let me know what happens man thanks.

Sorry to hear about the issues with your camera, I understand it can be confusing, but I'm happy to look into this for you.
I'm happy to hear that re locating your camera helped to be able to connect to the network.
Please let me know if you have any further questions as I will be closing this thread in 24 hours.
Best regards,
