Nest Door bell & Alexa Announcement - No Joy

I have used nest products for a long time but this one has me stumped. I can’t seem to get my nest doorbell to announce to my echos. I have followed the instructions on the google home app, partner connection manager and Alexa app and it all seems setup but no joy. Anyone run into this problem, i have installed a google mini so I can at least get some announcement but really don’t want to purchase that many new devices because Google & Amazon don’t like each other.

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
