Nest Doorbell (Battery)

I’ve recently moved, disconnected my doorbell cam and moved it to my new house. I have been trying to get it to connect and have since deleted the profile on the app to reinstall the camera. Now the app won’t recognize the camera and the camera is stuck on a solid white light and won’t pulse blue. I’ve reset and factory reset the doorbell itself from the reset button. Nothing is working

Did you press the reset button at least 12 seconds for a "factory reset" (vs. 5 seconds for a "restart")?

Checking in — did you get a chance to factory reset your doorbell as suggested by MplsCustomer? If so, how did it go? Let me know if you need anything else.
