Nest Floodlight Camera battery died and won't charge. Factory Reset didn't work.

TLDR: My nest outdoor cam with battery (floodlight cam) has a dead batter and nothing is working to make it charge and hold battery power so it keeps powering off. I want google to replace it but they wont.

I have a nest outdoor camera with battery that is hard wired to the nest floodlight it came with. I had this device installed a year ago and the battery is already dead and will not charge. When it dies I can't even factory reset it with the button on the back because there is no power (no lights at all). Every once in a while it will pick up at least some charge (a couple percent) and I will go up and factory reset it (holding the button on the  back for 20 seconds) and then I reconnect it to my google home app, and it works fine for a few hours until the battery dies and won't charge and then it finally powers off because of lack of battery power. I already tried setting the battery usage to maximum battery life and turned on batter saver. I also already tried reduced video quality, and event length, etc. I called google support and they were only able to have me do a factory reset and told me my device is out of warranty so I would have to buy a new one. That's total crap. This device has barely been used and it shouldn't be broken already when it was installed properly and used properly. I had a certified and licensed electrician install it and I had a separate electrician (who also teaches electrical engineering at the local community college) come and check the work the first electrician did and he verified the electrical is all setup perfectly.

I bought 3 of these nest floodlight with cameras and this is the only one with the issue. I also have over 10 google home audio device, a handful of Chromecasts, 8 google nest smart thermostat 3rd gens (multiple properties), 3 google temperature sensors, and I've bought literally every pixel phone that has come out other than the pixel 2 and the pixel 7, 3 nest wifi routers, not to mention a bunch of other google stuff I won't even mention. I honestly can't believe google isn't honoring this product replacement. I've never asked them to replace or repair a single thing throughout all the products I've bought and when something goes wrong with one of these expensive things, their only suggestion is to buy another one. Completely unacceptable. It's bad enough how they keep cutting functions/features because of the Sonos lawsuit and all that. Google is going down hill fast and their google home ecosystem customers are getting completely shat on.

Is there a way to replace the battery in the camera myself? Anyone know of a guide online I can follow?

Is there a company I can sent it to to replace the battery?

Do you have any suggestions or advice for getting google to cover the replacement even though it is technically out of warranty (even though it was just installed last year because I couldn't install them for a long time after I purchased them).
