I can see the Nest Hello camera on my Google Home app and by asking our Nest Hub Max to show he that camera. But when another member of my household, who had no problem seeing the camera in the past, attempts either of those they show the camera is offline?
Any fix or things to check for this?

If the family member was a previous member before migration, I would suggest removing her as a family member and adding her back. You can check this article on how to Share a home and devices in the Google Home app for steps.
