After some light rain it appears my nest iq camera won't turn on. Its survived heavier rainfall in the past couple months. From the camera end I've plugged it out and back in and if I get it just right the blue light ring on the cam flashes on for a second. It doesn't stay on. I can see some evidence of moisture around the USB C opening.
Is there a way to dry this out and get it working again? I've only had this less than a year. I have 3 cams and this is the only one that has failed. How do I know if I'm still in warranty?
Thanks in advance

Hi Brad,
Thanks for responding; I do still have the same issue with no options.
Troubleshooting steps?
When I noticed the camera was off and not responding, I proceeded to turn it off and on digitally a few times with short to long time intervals. When that didn't work, I then plugged it out from the socket with short to long time intervals. When that didn't work, I thought it could be the WiFi signal. I then proceeded to setting up the google WiFi mesh network to be absolutely sure I have full signal coverage. When that didn't work, I then proceeded to go outside and disconnect it to see why it wouldn't turn on. After plugging out the usb c cable from the camera and keeping it plugged out for short to long time intervals it did nothing, but after a few tries as I've said in my first post, if I push in the USB c cable just right, the camera would light-up but it wouldn't stay on. I then proceeded to take the camera inside and shun some brighter lights over the opening and I noticed some condensation around the inside of the usb c opening. That's when my heart sunk, and I started googling to see if anyone else had this problem before. It turned out that many have, but it didn't sound like there was a solution found for saving the camera. They however mentioned warranty and replacement, so here I am.
The camera was only been up for less than 4 months. It is one of 3.
I've since kept the camera inside, but I've yet to do anything further with it, as I've been hoping I could get some help with next steps from here.
Thanks again for responding, and I hope there's something that can be done to rectify this issue.
Kind regards
