I recently transitioned to a new internet provider and had to remove my Google Nest Camera from Google Home so I can reconnect it with the new internet router.
The only only pulsates white and doesn’t change to blue. When I hit continue and go through the connection process in the Google Home app it says the following message:
"Something went wrong"
Try connecting again. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device or turning your phone's airplane mode on and off before trying again.
I have tried everything listed, to include resetting the nest camera with no change. Can someone please assist in additional troubleshooting. Thank you in advance.

I've seen other posts in this forum from customers who have been unable to perform a factory reset on their battery doorbell.
Are you sure you've done a "factory reset" and not a "restart" (by pressing and holding the reset pin until at 10 seconds the status light blinks yellow 4 times with a countdown tone, and at 12 seconds the status light turns a steady yellow, followed by a confirmation tone)?
To reach Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
