Nest free live video

Hey all. I am looking to purchase a Nest battery doorbell and I saw that live video streaming is included with the free package. I was wondering if this is available only when I am on my home WiFi network, or can I still access this live feed when I am not at home, say at the grocery store? (again, only curious about free version of Nest services).

Yes you would be able to see the live stream when you are not at home under the free plan:
