Nest outdoor camera problem

Have had problems with my nest outdoor camera which and got this reply after filling out a form “We got your form — thanks for filling it out. Our team will reach out to you via email to further assist you. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to create a new thread as I will be locking this thread after 24 hours.” 

That was two weeks ago and surprisingly have had no email … what a joke .

You're not alone I've had dealings with google support for years and its so hit and miss its beyond a joke. At the end of the day unfortunately ive found google support totally inept at their job. I've had so many problems with google its disheartening to say the least when they treat you like you don't deserve help and they don't really care about the consumer.

I’m seriously thinking of getting rid of all my nest camera’s and doorbell due to their lack of response

Google support are paid to be aholes i am 100% sure of that. I have never in my life met a group of employees that have such a negative attitude towards their clients. I have been involved on several google support cases now over the years and in every single one of those cases the consumer has been treated like they are a piece of dog excrement.
