Nest outdoor battery powered camera setup isn't working. I tried resetting it and still same result. Few things I noticed
1) when I plug camera without it's magnetic base plate then the white light is visible and moment I put on the magnetic plate the white light goes away even it is connected to the power source.
2) I do not hear the chime when the camera connects to the power source and white light never becomes blue I tried this without camera being on the base plate
3) I used the button in the back to turn off the camera or even reset the camera. I am still getting error message when setting up the camera via Google home app.
Finally for some context I bought this camera 6 months ago and used it on a trip and recently I tried setting up at my house as I needed another camera and not able to set up please help
