New Nest Indoor cameras constantly twirling on iPad

The new Nest indoor camera constantly twirls and then goes offline, l unplugged it and plugged it back.  I unplugged my wifi and replugged that and it continues to do the same thing,  I have the highest internet speed via xfinity.  Please explain. Thank you

The first thing I notice is you said "new Nest Indoor".  the new cameras (aka Gen 2) only work on the Google Home app.  They do not work on the older Nest app.   Is that possible what you are running into?
