I've had my Nest doorbell (battery version) for 3 months. It went offline with a @40% battery charge yesterday. By offline, I mean it's no longer showing as a device in my Google Home, and I can't add it as a device back into my Google Home. It's plugged when trying to add it. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing Google Home and then adding the device yet I get the same error message in Google Home, "Something Went Wrong..." I've also tried resetting the doorbell yet that didn't help. Can you please help me resolve this issue so I can get it working again with Google Home? Otherwise, I'm going to return it.

Hello spasco,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community and sharing all the steps you’ve tried to fix the issue. I’d be happy to help you with the Nest doorbell. Let’s check it out.
Just to make sure we’re on the same page, is the status light of the doorbell pulsing blue?
If yes, follow this guide to help you troubleshoot connecting to the app during setup.
If not, let’s reset the cameras to factory settings. Please note that this will erase all data from the devices.
Let me know how it goes.
All the best,
Lance
