After we renewed the Nest Aware account we events as video.
Only still images show. How do we view the events as video?
This is the case for all 4 of our nest cameras.
BTW: This worked just fine prior to renewal.

Did you renew your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as the one where your cameras are located?
If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and click on your subscription, what Google Nest "home/structure" is shown? Is it the same one that shows in the Google Nest app?

I only have one. I have tried for 2 days now to figure out how to upgrade.... I have cancelled the subscription, re-subscribed...
I don't know what I need to do here.

When you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions), does it show that you have an active subscription for your Google Nest "home/structure"? If you go to Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app, does it show your subscription?

1. Go to the contact link.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
