No resolution again for peeling Doorbell

Not sure really what else to do but post here and hope for the best

Multiple calls in to helpline and getting varied answers re the peeling of this product

Loyal Goggle customer in the UK with full Nest Aware subscription , 3 cams , doorbell , therm as well as multiple assistants around the home

1st time I've had issues with a product , not happy with the service on this issue

Last agent told me to buy another doorbell !

Anyone got any pointers or advice on replacements or a solution on the coating ?

We have the same issue with peeling on our 2-year-old Google Nest Hello Doorbell. Google Nest says they "cannot" do anything because it's past warranty. We bought a silicone skin on Amazon to cover the peeling shards.

I've had mine and my in-laws doorbells replaced because of this issue. They were about a year in when it started.
