Peeling Nest Doorbell (wired)

Schiben
Community Member

Hi,

I'm reading about Nest Hello owners having peeling doorbells replaced. Mine is peeling. How do I go about filing for a replacement?

@Schiben

You can try contacting Google Nest Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) for a replacement if your Nest Hello Doorbell is within the 1-year warranty. We bought silicone "skins" on Amazon when two of our Nest Hello Doorbells started to peel and Google Nest would not replace them; one was just over a year old.
