Renew 30-day video history subscription not allowed for G-Suite Gmail address

I keep getting "Sorry G-Suite accounts can't be used for" but the rest of the message is not displayed.

So I have lost the subscription which worked until its recent renewal on March 29. 

AND I am out $100 CAD.

How can I move the subscription to another GMail address or complete the renewal with my current G-Suite address or at least get a refund?
