Reset nest doorbell and can’t get it going again

My doorbell camera went offline and stayed offline.  I googled around and followed some bad advice to reset it.  Now it won’t reinstall.  The blue ring light isn’t lit and all I have is a small blinking green light where I believe is supposed to be a small blinking yellow light.  So frustrated!

Firstly, just to confirm, what model of doorbell is it? You can check here:

You can find the official reset steps below; scroll down to the factory reset section. Are these the steps you tried?

I’m not sure how, but I fiddled with the wires, reconnected it to my account and then did the restart.  And phew, it’s working again.  Thanks for your help!

None of Google’s pat answers address the problem of the blinking green light.  Thank you for responding though.
