Time-lapse max length is 15 seconds

How can I create a time lapse video that last longer than 15 seconds? No matter what length I choose (eg 30sec, 2 min), each resulting video lasts only 15 seconds. 

Does anyone have a suggested fix?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To make sure that we're on the same page, I'd like to confirm, what app are you using to create your time lapse? Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? Are you trying to create a time lapse with or without an event? Looking forward to your response.
