Video not recording

I apologize for my lack of ability to figure this out, but I could use some help! I just installed our new Google home security cameras (replacing our Nest cameras). We are not getting video when there is no motion in the view of the cameras as we used to with the Nest cameras. I also can’t figure out where to find our account information so that I can figure out if our payments are up to date.  Dropcam had our account on automatic payment but I can’t find where Google might have it. Thank you all so much!

If you had 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions on your Dropcams, those 1st gen subscriptions cover only specific 1st gen cameras and doorbells, whereas the 2nd gen "Nest Aware" and "Nest Aware Plus" subscriptions (available since 2019) cover all Google Nest cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure".

If you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, I think you should be able to manage your subscription here:

We have a 2nd gen Nest Aware Plus subscription, and manage our subscription here:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

If you cancel a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, you apparently get a pro-rated refund.
