24/7 nest doorbell

Hello. Ever since updating, my 24/7 streaming doesn’t record all the time. It will say no even history and be blacked out as if my camera lost connection. I have a first gen nest hello doorbell.

Trying to complete a factory reset

Google Nest Hello

We have 2 Nest Hello Wired Doorbells, one on front door and one on back door. The unit on the front door quit. It felt hot so I removed it. Can I just replace the doorbell camera or will it require programming?
