Nest Camera and Norton VPN

Hi all, I am having problems with viewing live feed from my Nest Cameras when Norton VPN is turned on.When Norton VPN is turned off everything is fine.Is there a way I can use my Nest Cameras with Norton VPN turned on?Many thanks for any advice.
