forgot pass word for both Nest and Gmail. can't access account for doorbell

I have a nest doorbell and an account with Nest, then was forced to switch the account to google and create a Gmail account which i did. forgot my pass words for both gmail and nest and now can not access the doorbell or the account. factory reset my doorbell and tried to create a new account all together. Now i can not associate the doorbell to an account because it says i need to ask the old owner(me) to remove it. Anyone know what to do. remember now i did a factory reset and i have no clue what to do.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am sorry you ran into this issue earlier. I think it would be best not to create a new account. Just use your last one, reset/restart all devices, make sure you are connected to the same wifi network as your devices, and try again. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
