nest doorbell fault....can someone from google please help with this!

Ok I purchased a nest wired doorbell and installed it acording to the instructions.  when I turn on the power, the doorbell chime will sound and continue to short unless I turn off the breaker.  I have checked all the wires...nothing is shorting at a connection.   white nest connector wire to the door, grey wire to the transformer.   I replaced the transformer...no change.  it has to be either the doorbell itself that is faulty or the chime connector.

NEED HELP NOW!

Yes, it is possible that your Nest Hello doorbell or your chime connector is faulty. Before the hassle of contacting Google Nest Support, it might be worth it to triple-check your wiring, using either Google's video or wiring diagram, unless you've already done so:

(We have 3 Nest Hellos, two wired to our existing chime, and the third powered by an OhmKat Power Adapter for the Nest Hello Doorbell for our third entrance, which had no previous doorbell.)
