I use to have a nest subscription which ive been paying for and for no reason stopped working. Re did the subscription and nothing has changed...I cant get play back video or calendar. It appears to have screen shots only. I can not contact anyone since someone called me and i couldnt hear them and I am locked out of any further trying to contact becauyse it says the complaint is pending. Theres nothing pending i didnt talk to anyone
