Brak listy TV do konfiguracji pilota

Chcę skonfigurować pilota chromecast A4 4k aby obsłużył TV marki LG. Po wyborze urządzenia - telewizor - pojawia się na krótko zapytanie_ekran jakiej marki jest twój telewizor bez listy wyboru marki, a następnie ekran  "coś poszło nie tak".

Czy to błąd programowych? Co robić? 

Drugi chromecast hd działa dobrze.
