Can't connect to my wifi when plugged Chromecast into a different TV at home

Belle

Hi, I've moved my chromecast to a different TV in the house and can't get a connection. I haven't changed my wifi, I've connected it to phone and ipad, but it says make sure local network settings are turned on on those devices - they are on though. I've tried factory resetting, and all the other troubleshooting. Can anyone help? Thanks

Does the Chromecast still work on the previous tv?  If on the same network it should work, and you said you did a factory reset which would clear any issues.
