The Bell Fibe TV app worked via Chromecast Ultra since installed 8 months ago, now we keep getting an error message whenever trying to cast.. works perfectly with other apps, only the bell app is giving us problems.

If there is only one app that this is happening to, reach out to the developer/support for that app.
They control the flow of their data to your Chromecast. They can tell you if they have a problem that they are working on.

Adding in on Byteguys response, you can always try to reset your Chromecast and clear the apps data from your phone , sometimes things get glitches !

Thank you, l did talk to tech support and he said the error message is not from
their end, it's a message from the chromecast itself. I agree with you in saying
its an issue with the bell fibe app and not the Chromecast since all other apps
work fine. I honestly don't think Bell fully supports casting of any sorts. They would
rather you purchase or rent an additional reveiver instead. Just my two cents.
