Chrome cast intermittent audio

The audio on my chrome cast cuts out intermittently. When it does this I can see the volume level trying to output audio via headphones. I have no Bluetooth devices connected to this chromecast. This is maddening.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Kindly check via Settings > Remotes and Accessories > Accessories, and forget/remove any previously paired devices that are not in use. Also check the TV itself to see if it has the means to utilize audio output via Bluetooth. Let us know how it goes.
