ChromeCast broken "Available for specific video sites" only??

Greetings!

I have two Sony TV's with Chromecast built in, a chromecast 3rd generation , and 4 PCs running Chrome.

When attempting to cast a Tab from any of the PCs, ALL sources and devices say "Available for specific video sites"

This basically is rendering casting from Chrome browsers to Chromecast devices USELESS!! ??

Do we have a solid solution for this yet?

I'm sorry this has been happening to you. Try these steps: 

  • Go to your TV settings,
  • Choose Apps section,
  • Scroll down to find view system apps option and click on it,
  • Select Chromecase Built in the page appears,
  • Choose the option says Uninstall all updates,
  • After then, restore to the factory version.
