Chromecast 4hd

I have a problem. I did an update in the chromcast 4HD settings. update download went ok. installation also Ok. from then on the screen just shows a flashing G. I'm trapped. Help

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We’re sorry for the trouble, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. I suggest you do a full clean-up by performing a manual factory reset and setting it up from scratch to remove any corrupted files or data. Let us know how it goes.
