Chromecast huge audio problem

Hello. After looking through all possible topics, I couldn't find an answer to my problem.
Well, I have a Panasonic P50g30E, I connected a Chromecast 4K to it a few years ago and it was like gold. Unfortunately, I was forced to reset the Chromecast to default settings and my sound disappeared. The picture is always there.
The connection is HDMI - it does not work in any of the 4 inputs. It does not work both via optical cable (with converter to coaxial) to Pioneer AV 514, and on TV speakers with the cable turned off.
The sound, however, works via Bluetooth to the speaker via Wi-Fi.
There is no option to set SPDIF in the TV settings. The TV turned off at night from the socket, default settings were made. Same on Chromecast. Still nothing.
And now the best: Chromecast connected to the Plasma 42 inches - the sound works on the TV speakers. As if no audio transmission via HDMI from the Chromecast. Does anybody have an idea?
Thanks for the help.

Hello everyone. I solved the problem, although I don't know how.

After connecting the chromecast and finding no sound, I connected the headphones to the TV and suddenly I heard a sound. After turning off the plug, the sound appeared both in the TV speakers and through the optics in the amplituner.

Thanks to those who thought about it.

Hi variete,

We’re glad to hear that this has been sorted out! There might be a specific setting on your TV that was changed/fixed after trying to plug in your headphones. Thanks for updating us here in the Community.

Cheers,
Alex
